Are you living or working in a hard place?

Some workplaces drain you.
Some communities pressure you.
Some social circles quietly demand you compromise who you are.

In this Super Short Thought, we look at Revelation 2 and the letter to the church in Pergamum - a city Jesus described as the place “where Satan has his throne.”

Not exactly a holiday destination.

But here’s the striking thing:
Jesus doesn’t tell them to move.
He tells them, “I know where you live.”

This short reflection is for people who:

- Feel morally pressured at work

- Feel outnumbered in their beliefs

- Feel worn down by workplace culture

- Feel the weight of living in a spiritually or socially hostile environment

People who sense something isn’t neutral about the systems around them ... and they're getting pushed.

The Bible doesn’t pretend that places are neutral.
Narratives, systems, and power structures shape us.
But the Christian claim is this: you are not unseen where you stand.

If you feel outnumbered, overlooked, or quietly squeezed - this message is for you.
