Human beings are always searching for someone worthy to follow.

A leader. A movement. A cause. A hero.

But again and again, power corrupts, promises collapse, ego expands, and people disappoint us.

In Revelation chapters 2 and 3, the churches lived surrounded by political pressure, compromise, empire, fear and competing loyalties. Then Revelation 5 asks one of the great questions of human existence:

“Who is worthy?”

- Who deserves our trust?
- Who deserves allegiance?
- Who deserves worship?

And in one of the Bible’s most astonishing moments, the Lion appears as a Lamb.

This is ...
Not domination.
Not tyranny.
But sacrificial love.

The centre of heaven’s throne room is occupied by the One who gave Himself.

Perhaps the only ruler truly worthy of your life is the One willing to lay His life down for you.
